# Postbud Pricing

Postbud is an email marketing platform (newsletters, campaigns, automations).
Prices are in EUR, billed monthly per workspace, charged upfront via Stripe.

Every paid plan includes unlimited subscribers. You pay for the emails you
send, not for the contacts you store.

## Billing model

- Send-billed: the monthly quota counts emails sent (campaigns, automations
  and transactional sends through the API).
- No overage charges. When the quota is used up, sending is blocked until the
  next period. You are never billed more than the plan price.
- Plan changes are prorated. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid
  period; the plan stays active until then.
- New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with Starter limits, no card needed
  to start.

## Which plan fits

Pick the plan by emails sent per month, which is subscribers multiplied by
sends per month. A 10,000-contact list mailed twice a month is 20,000 emails,
so Growth. The same list mailed daily is 300,000 emails, which is above Scale
- contact sales.

Postbud is cheapest for large lists mailed occasionally, because storing
contacts is free. Per-contact platforms such as MailerLite or EmailOctopus are
cheaper if you send many emails to every contact every month.

## Add-ons

None. Everything is included in the plan price.

## Developers

Subscribers can be created from your own application with an API key
(`X-API-Key` header) or through an integration webhook. Documentation is in
the dashboard under Integrations > Developers.
